I didn't write in "hot" or "iced" latte into the title because this guy goes both ways;) Too easy not to make!

1 serving

You will need:

- 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1 Chai tea bag (I used celestial seasonings)
- cinnamon
- agave syrup or sweetner of choice, also watch out if your milk is pre-sweetened
-ice, if making iced
- vegan whipped cream, totally optional!

It's simple! For cold:

1. Heat up the milk, do not boil, and steep 1 tea bag, cool.

2. Once cooled, pour milk into blender with the ice, and agave syrup (sweeten to your liking).

3. Blend. Pour into glass. Top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

4. Drink.

For the hot version don't use ice. Steep, sweeten, and drink.

After months of civil war in Libya, rebels have managed to over come Gadhafi's troops. The rebels entered the capital city of Tripoli on sunday and today have managed to campture Gadhafi's compound where he was believed to be hiding. No sign of Gadhafi has been reported and he still remains at large. Many believe he has fled the country and others say he is still in hiding somewhere in Libya. Only time will tell if this tyrant will be brought to justice. One thing for sure is that the Libyan people have won their freedom and the difficult process of rebuilding the country and transfer to a new government begins.

For those of you who are partying at the Mayan, The Belasco, Crash Mansion or anywhere near the area this is a legit spot to park. Just last week a pal and I parked at this lot for pregame and had no problems whatsoever.

It literally took us about 2-3 minutes to walk to the Belasco.

There was an incident were security escorted a homeless man off the lot which was a first that I can remember a security protecting his designated lot.

When the time to take a piss came I walked around to pick a spot (random car usually) but the same security guard offered to open the lock to a nearby blue Porta-potty.

So, I hate to bake. So that means that when I am craving a whole cake to my self I will, (A) Not go buy one, because vegan cakes are expensive, duh, and (B) Not make a cake or cupcake from scratch. So when I noticed my craving for a Hostess Cupcake wasn’t going anywhere, I had to get creative. Thankfully there are accidental vegan products out there that made my job a whole lot easier. I recruited the help from a box of Pillsbury Dark Chocolate cake mix, added some depth by replacing the water with strong coffee, and replaced the eggs* and oil with plain coconut milk yogurt (eggs) and applesauce (vegetable oil). For the filling and squiggle, I used, Suzzanes Ricemallow Fluff, a vegan marshmallow fluff, available at whole foods. Last but not least, it all topped off with a yummy chocolate ganache! That’s not too complicated is it? So make these, and share them with your friends at the next Furries meeting. Enjoy!

*If you don’t have coconut yogurt, don’t panic, ½ a mashed up banana equals 1 egg
*1/3 cup of apple sauce = ½ oil, so you kinda have to guesstimate, or just use oil

You will need:

-Pillsbury Moist Supreme Cake mix: Dark Chocolate
-24 cupcake paper cups
-1 1/4 Cups of strong coffee
-bout 1/6c. Of apple sauce or 1/3c of vegetable oil
-3/4c of coconut milk yogurt or soy yogurt OR 1 ½ mashed bananas

For the ganache (you may need to double up, may):

-4oz (bout 1/2c) of vegan semi sweet chocolate, may be purchased at Trader Joes or whole foods
-1/3c of almond, soy, rice, or flax milk
-2tbs of agave syrup or pure maple syrup

For the Filling and Squiggle
- 1 container of Suzannes Ricemallow Fluff

Preheat your oven to350f, and basically follow the instructions on the cake mix box given for cupcakes, substituting the water for the coffee, the apple sauce for the oil, and the yogurt or bananas for the eggs, and bake. While the cupcakes are baking make your ganache. In a microwave able bowl, place the chocolate chips, milk, and agave syrup, and microwave for about a minute, until chocolate melts. The ganache will look watery, that’s normal.

Once the cupcakes have cooled take a decorators piping bag with a tip already inserted and fill it with the Ricemallow. Take your pinky and poke a hole down the middle of the cupcake and fill it with the Ricemallow. If you don’t have pinkys use your friends pinky, and if you don’t have a piping bag and tip, you can use a ziplock bag with a bit of one of the corners cut off and you TRY to get that Ricemallow in there. Now its time for the ganache. Take your cupcake and dip it into the ganache, rotating the cupcake so its covered evenly. Place them in your fridge or in front of a fan to let the ganache set. With the same fluff in the bag, use it to make the squiggles on the top, its not the most attractive squiggle you will get, but if your in to that kinda deal you try your hand at making royal icing, im not. And that’s it!!

Face Raiders!! It comes pre-installed with the Nintendo 3DS. An intro level game that helps you get familiar with the new technology. It uses the environment around you as the in background setting of the game. So don't try playing this on the toilet!

The face doesn't have to be human. In fact I only have two human faces collected so far. My dog (Jack Daniels) and a variety of objects have become the focus for me. My Goomba becomes my new target:

The simple pleasures of gaming are what this game is all about. Aim and shoot! Now with 3D technology, your pivoting your body and turning around in place to kill the hoard of faces! Here's just two:

Super Street Fighter 4 for the 3DS ....and a few beers.

Its Super Street Fighter 4 in 3D. Its a winning combo on the 3DS with many options to explore and battles to be fought.

Button mashing will get you throught the easier difficulty settings, but will leave you behind if you choose to play against most online opponents. The touch pad makes good use of 4 moves,: 2 special attacks and 2 super combos. Kinda felt a lil lazy at first, but when I started incorporating them into my own move list I could see the potential.

A few more rounds of liquid gold, then some more fighting... back to the brew..... changed fighters.. explored some options.. got lost in the figures section for spot pass... beer me!... kept on fighting and lastly...

If you have a 3DS, you have this game. A solid launch title and adds to the Street Fighter experience in a few ways. Don't forget to activate street pass! What a great feeling it is to have to beat an opponent just by walking by them!

Couple years ago I was snooping around youtube looking at random skate videos. I came across a video of a skater I knew nothing about. I just found the video really funny.

Years later Im working at a post office type place and a couple people with mail boxes would subscribe to Skateboard Magazine and Transworld. One day as im putting peoples mail away, on the cover of one of the magazines I noticed his name was on it. He wasnt on the cover but his name was still on it. I thought it was pretty fucken cool that this dude kept at it and now look at em.

Whoever edited the video did a pretty cool job. Almost every time he lands a trick its sync'd up to the snare being hit in the music.

Seriously, when Trump kept bringing up the Obama birth issue I thought he looked stupid, but now since the president has released his birth certificate Trump has moved on to issues that matter to him and its making a lot of sense. No current politic would be caught dead saying what Trump is now talking about in his speeches around the states. He pretty much tells it how it is and doesn't really give a "fuck" what people think. He has not announced that he is running officially but if he keeps this up I think we are all in for a good show. I am not a republican nor a democrat but if Trump stays on these kinds of issues I think a lot of Americans will be listening with open arms... Including me...

But before he gets my full attention he will have to put his money where his mouth is. Trump and his wife currently have products made in China. It will be hard for him to keep up on this Anti-China issue unless they are willing to change their manufactures to America.

With a drug war in our backyard most Americans have no idea how bad it really is or don't even know its even happening. The Mexican government estimates over 22,000 dead since 2006 and many other sources say its way more than that. I've traveled to Mexico many times but have been very lucky not run into or be in the middle of any trouble. With the demand for drugs by Americans and the firepower of the cartels to defend their turf from the Mexican Army and police no end is in sight.

SPLATTERHOUSE

It's time to paint the house RED! Splatterhouse on Playstation 3 follows the core of the original three games in modern fashion.

The first three were 16-bit with a limited 2D area to move in, while the new installment in 3D with the occasional 2D environment. It definitely adds to the experience and if you haven't played before, you will get a good idea of what everyone was playing in 1988.

The storyline and objectives have evolved a bit. Our hero, Rick, doesn't really die. He can syphon blood from surrounding bodies and restore his own limbs if necessary. If he reaches zero, then a simple restart from the last checkpoint will occur. Berserker mode (crazy strong attacks), video cut scenes, dialogue the entire game, a survival challenge mode, Splatter Kills ( micro games to finish off your enemy), an Upgrade Selection Menu and collecting sexy photo pieces of your girlfriend each level have all become part of the Splatterhouse experience.

That's a lot of improvement considering the game was basically a hack and slash in prior games with little to depth. It seems pretty typical of games over a decade old to show their age if not properly handled during the whole process. I did read about the game getting cut at one point, worked on, then put back in the original team's hands. That would explain why I found a few bugs and glitches. I reset the game once during the 10th chapter because I would advance to the next gauntlet and when I crossed the threshold, the next part was MIA and he would just fall off the screen. That was the biggest problem I came across.

The soundtrack is a perfect fit for the brutal violence on screen. Lamb of God, Five Finger Death Punch and Mastadon are all part of the original score. Also, Jim Cummings voices the Terror Mask the whole game. To me personally, it's awesome to hear the voice of many childhood characters, especially Leatherhead from TMNT, cuss up somethin' fierce!

Graphically a sea of red. It can be overwhelming at times but it was very intentional. Objects of importance light up white, hidden erotic pictures are white and even tho Rick can get covered in blood, he mainly stays white on screen so you probably won't loose him!

From start to finish it was approximately 8-9 hours of storyline on normal setting. I would recommend renting or borrowing it. Any collectors out there, I would give it a few months and grab it on sale. It doesn't matter if your swinging for the fences with a baseball bat or a limb that has been violently severed from an enemy's body, there will be blood!
